Current Promotion

Jenco is offering 10% off on all products plus a low $5 flat rate shipping.  To ship using flat rate shipping simply select Flat Rate shipping method during checkout. $5 Flat rate shipping is valid for US shipping addresses only. Jenco may use UPS or USPS to fulfill flat rate packages.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from Jenco warehouse located at San Diego, CA 92126. Domestic and international orders are sent via UPS, and orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via UPS Ground. Orders received before 1:30 PM Pacific Time are normally shipped out on the same day.

Privacy & Security

We do not share information with other companies for the purpose of marketing and advertising, period. Because credit card payments are processed by Paypal, private information such as billing address and billing phone numbers are passed to Paypal during the checkout process. Otherwise, order information is only available to companies that run this collaborative store, namely Jenco Instruments, distributors and Incego Systems.

Incego does not store any sensitive information such as credit card numbers, phone numbers and addresses. Sensitive information is sent securely to our payment gateway, Paypal.

Returns & Replacements

Full refund for new and unused products
You can return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Partial refund
Items delivered within 30 days that are not in new condition or have been opened and used qualify for partial refunds. Depending on the condition of the items you can receive up to 85% of the original price you paid.

No refund
We cannot accept items that delivered more than 30 days from the day of return, nor accept consumable products such as electrodes, solutions or buffer capsules. No refund will be given for these products.

  2. Login to your account
  3. Your recent orders are displayed in My Account Dashboard, and you can also click on the “My Orders” link under “My Account” on the left
  4. Find the order, and then click “View Order” link for that order

  2. Login to your account
  3. Under “My Account” on the left, click on “Account Information”
  4. Make updates and click “Save”
